Camilo Cristancho Mantilla is a PhD candidate in political science from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. His research with Professor Eva Anduiza is on internet use for protest mobilization and its effects and political participation. It looks for conflict and disagreement in mobilization networks and practices and how these relate with individual attitudes and behaviours.
He is currently member of the ECPR standing group on Internet & Politics and the Internet and part of the Internet and political participation in Spain - Polnet research group at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona since 2007.
