Ruud Wouters (°1985) is a member of the M²P research group since July
2007. He worked on the INTERMOB-project, studying new communication
technologies and participation, and has written a report about foreign
news in the Belgian news media. From 2010 on, he will be focusing on the
relationship between mass media, social movements and protest, which is
also the subject of his phd-project. Together with Jeroen Van Laer, his primary spare time activity is distributing prostest surveys at mass demonstrations in Brussels.
